We have a lot of Microsoft Dynamics customers (and we mean A LOT)

Tuesday, January 17, 2017Lauren Macdonald At eBridge, we make life easier for our Microsoft Dynamics customers, each and every day, by connecting their accounting packages to their online stores, CRM applications, or allowing them to do business with EDI trading partners.

In fact, just from looking at our data and document transfers in the last 30 minutes, I can see that…

Everlast has passed numerous order, inventory, and shipping documents, between their Magento store and their Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting package.

Coravin has electronically transferred documents (EDI) to and from their Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system in order to do business with Bed, Bath and Beyond, Bloomingdales, and Macy’s. They’ve also passed documents bi-directionally between their accounting package and their OpenCart, Magento, and Amazon online stores.

Italpasta Ltd. has been doing EDI transactions from MS Dynamics AX to Loblaws, Dollar Tree, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more.

Westlake Pro Audio is passing documents between MS Dynamics NAV and WooCommerce as we speak, Jordan Outdoor Enterprises is using eBridge to transfer their orders and inventory updates from MS Dynamics GP to BigCommerce, and Wild Apple has been syncing their orders and customer data between MS Dynamics GP and their Salesforce CRM.

And that’s just a few of the many eBridge clients whose documents are being passed to and from their MS Dynamics accounting systems right in front of my eyes, in real-time, while I’m writing this blog.
So, what does all this really mean?

Well, it means a couple of things.

First, it means that Microsoft Dynamics has a series of accounting/ERP systems (AX, GP, SL, NAV, 365, etc.) that customers around the world are using for their businesses and trusting for their accounting needs.

It also means that businesses, like the ones I mentioned above, are understanding the importance of having automated business processes. These companies are recognizing that accounting integration can save them time and money, and allow them to focus on other higher priority areas of their business.

And lastly, it means that eBridge Connections has gotten really good at integrating MS Dynamics products with eCommerce websites, CRM applications, and EDI trading partners. In fact, with the release of our universal integrator, we eliminated the need for separate mapping between business systems and became able to connect MS Dynamics accounting packages and ERPs with as many other systems as a customer requests, using carefully coded and pre-established business rules.
Here’s how MS Dynamics accounting integration solutions by eBridge have helped so many businesses succeed:

  • By eliminating manual data entry and avoiding the likelihood of costly errors
  • By increasing the speed of data exchange and therefore improving customer service efficiency
  • By accurately reflecting inventory levels as they are updated in real-time
  • By liberating resources and freeing up time to focus on their growing business
But don’t just take our word for it…

When asked what they would say to other customers considering an eBridge integration solution, Coravin’s VP of IT didn’t hesitate to say, “Yes! Do it!”

Mike, from Everlast, said that “any business that goes through the process of getting an order, invoicing it, and then shipping it, knows that data flow is A LOT of work. But eBridge Connections came through and provided a solution that was customized to our business.”

Boston Bay Diamonds chose an eBridge Connections integration solution for their business based on the wealth of prior experience we had with MS Dynamics NAV integrations.
