eBridge Software integrates with your Sage MAS 500 and WMS system, here is some background information on DC Warehouse Automation for your review.

DCSC Inc. implements Sage MAS 500® and has been a certified Value Added Reseller since 1999. Our Clients are located across the country and beyond. We have a significant installation base.
Several years ago, a prospect required a solid ERP System along with warehouse automation. Unfortunately, we only had a third party system to offer. This solution had a different look, used a separate database, and did not accurately reflect real-time data transactions.

This resulted in DCSC Inc.’s idea to develop a native warehouse solution in the Sage MAS 500® Tool Set to work as an integrated component of the system in real time. Our solution’s design is based from real live distribution and manufacturing software implementation experience. Many of our features also come directly from our valued distribution and manufacturing customer’s recommendations.

DCSC’s Available Software Applications:

DCWarehouse© Automation is a completely integrated solution that helps streamline the fulfillment process in the area of smart pick, pack and ship. This industrial strength solution is loaded with features that also include inventory replenishment, purchase order receiving, transfers order receiving, put-away, wave picking, paperless picking, container tracking, palletizing, bar-code labels, UCC Compliant Labeling and productivity tracking. Manufacturers will also benefit from our automated production entry, material issues and back flushing.

DCPackaging Manager©:

This optional module for the DCWMS System eliminates the need for a third party shipping software or shipping systems. With direct integration into Airborne/DHL®, UPS® and Federal Express® you can shop rates at the order entry process or packaging process. Rates will be automatically calculated via our complete scale integration with optional up charges to ensure you are not loosing money in your shipping department. The labels, tracking information and any billing/manifest documents will be printed to complete the shipping process. Your customers will receive e-mail notification of the shipment information including if a sales order was shipped in multiple boxes, the contents and the tracking numbers of those shipments.

The package manager also includes a direct integration to eBridge® EDI Solution for ASNs. The eBridge ASN tool allows for the creation of 856 ASN documents using information that is automatically imported from DCWarehouse®/MAS 500® . Shipping time is decreased with various carton packing options including auto pack, pack details, pack details by scanner, and template pack.

DCFreight©:

This optional module for the DCWMS System leverages a Rate Shop Component to accommodate up to twelve LTLs and has all the same functionality as our packaging manager
