Mic Berman

Mic has over eighteen years broad-based experience working with innovation oriented companies. She held leadership marketing, business development, and product roles at Mozilla, Yahoo, CGI, itemus, and spent her earlier career at McKinsey & Company. In each role, Mic created 10s of millions in value by creating new product offerings, building and leading high performance teams and applying her business analytic and strategic acumen to growth opportunities.

Kevin Tribe

Kevin Tribe brings 30 years of hands-on experience working in North American software, computer hardware and professional services organizations. He’s worked at senior management levels with multi-nationals, mid-sized firms and has been the President and CEO of several software companies. Having successfully completed acquisitions for the larger firms he worked with, he used those skills to invest in and build PointForce, a software developer of ERP solutions for the Supply Chain market. Growing organically and through the acquisition of several smaller firms he successfully sold the company to a publicly traded firm in 2003. He subsequently was made partner in a boutique M&A company before forming his own company in 2009.

Kevin is the owner and Managing Director of Tequity Inc., Merger & Acquisition advisors to entrepreneurs and shareholders of North American Software, Telecom and Technology businesses. These companies have strategic value beyond that shown on their balance sheets; in their Intangible Assets, Intellectual Capital, and Knowledge-Based Workers.
