Software Developer

This role encompasses the responsibility for several software development projects. Additional roles include the management of scheduled commitments and ensuring that project deadlines, scheduled timeframes and quality standards are met. The incumbent of this role reports to the Manager of Technical Services.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Works in conjunction with other developers to design and build software products
  • Contributes ideas to product development decisions
  • Conducts research to yield state of the art solutions
  • Codes and tests software products in the development stage
  • Assists in the determination of product development estimates
  • Co-ordinates with others to meet scheduled commitments
  • Afterhours On-call Support may be required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in C#, other .Net languages and C++

Online Marketing Manager

  Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, partner webinars, tradeshows, and weekly email campaigns;
  • Ensure PPC Campaigns deliver superior results; track conversion rates and ensure quality traffic is driven to ebridgeconnections.com; weekly reports on successful/unsuccessful PPC campaigns;
  • Ensure ongoing SEO tactics are deployed to our website on a quarterly basis;
  • Weekly reports on lead generation, unique visits to platform, campaigns, and other marketing activities;
  • Plan and execute new website initiatives, i.e: landing pages, overall platform enhancements and changes;
  • Coordinate marketing and product plan launches;

Junior Implementation Consultant

The Junior Implementation Consultant is responsible for developing customer specific integration maps and profiles using various pieces of software.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Request proper information to other involved eBRIDGE departments to assure specifications and proper input are available before starting the development.
  • Develop software functionality using eBRIDGE tools to implement EDI standards and customer policies, under scope, time frame, quality and target date.
  • Run compliance tests to insure logic developed satisfy standard EDI practices, trading partner specifications and customer requirements.
  • Properly document activities using standard eBRIDGE business practices and tools.
  • Provide hands on development, installation, configuration and testing for eBRIDGE products and EDI translators within a variety of platforms and production environments.
  • Work with other eBRIDGE departments to resolve customer situations, providing proper input details and documentation to support product changes.
  • Occasional after-hours support via Blackberry.

Qualifications:

  • A College diploma in Computer Science or related field is recommended.
  • 1 year of work/co-op experience in related position is an asset, but not mandatory as this is an entry level position.

Sales - Account Manager

This is an Account Manager Position, located in Burlington, ON designed to work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation, Support and Development) assigned to accounts nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business primarily within existing base of accounts using the full suite of eBridge products and services.
  • Perform daily sales functions to sell upgrades and product enhancements to existing customers.
  • Coordinates account servicing and fulfillment with support from Customer Service and our Professional Services Group.
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain a maximum retention rate and manage growth.

The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring and control, and closing Projects, related with our integration services.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the IT industry, including 2 years as a Project Manager working with a variety of stakeholders.

Senior Web Developer

As a senior web developer you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting and maintaining eBridge web sites.  Constant collaboration with Sales and Marketing will ensure you execute as per the goals outlined in our business plan.  You must be able to communicate technical ideas and concepts to senior management when required.  You will report both to the VP of Sales and Marketing and the Product Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing development of corporate and other websites
  • Develop web pages using latest technologies available
  • Communicate with databases, business logic servers and web-services in order to develop web pages
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure website aligns with strategic objectives
  • Continually investigate and share new and intriguing web related concepts/ideas to possibly incorporate into websites
  • Work in conjunction with Product Management to provide interfaces for new product
  • Periodically work with designers and content producers to ensure website look and feel match design layouts
  • Test and document software used for websites

Qualifications:

Inside Sales Position

This is an inside sales position, located in Burlington, ON designed to work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation and Development) assigned to accounts nationally and internationally.

You are responsible to follow up on all warm/hot leads produced by marketing programs for your territory and turn them into sales.  Throughout the process you are responsible for entering and tracking data into the CRM and communicating all progress to other teams as appropriate.
