Junior Application Support Specialist
The Junior Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing clients with first level support for problems encountered in acquiring and using eBridge software and related products via the telephone and e-mail.
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will provide the initial point of contact for customer to request new work, renew/subscribe to eBridge Maintenance Offerings and to log a Case with the Help Desk.
- Responds to telephone calls and email requests for customer support. Provides first level of support and escalating as appropriate. Tracks and monitors the problem to insure a timely resolution including documenting the incident, creating a Case for every issue received and solving it wherever possible. If escalated, follow-up to ensure that the Case is closed within stipulated turn-around-time.
- Provide administrative support to the Application Service Representatives.
- Occasional after-hours support via Blackberry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
- Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a busy environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Tools and software and basic programming and database skills.
- A College diploma in Computer Science or related field and/or 1 year of work/co-op experience in related position is an asset, but not mandatory as this is an entry level position.

This is an Account Manager Position, located in Burlington, ON designed to work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation, Support and Development) assigned to accounts nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business primarily within existing base of accounts using the full suite of eBridge products and services.
- Perform daily sales functions to sell upgrades and product enhancements to existing customers.

As a senior web developer you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting and maintaining eBridge web sites. Constant collaboration with Sales and Marketing will ensure you execute as per the goals outlined in our business plan. Inside Sales Position
