Magento Connection Update

One of the major advantages of using eBridge Connections for accounting integration is our continued focus on enhancing and expanding touch points for available connections.

Over the last few months, there have been several updates & improvements to the Magento Connection. New updates include:

Multiple concurrent connections for Product and Inventory updates
Tiered pricing on Product creation and updates
Ability to retrieve Sales Orders by order creation date.

How to test Inbound Documents

When making a mapping adjustment to correct issues with inbound documents, Support will ask you to test the changes you have made. To do this, follow these simple steps:

1. Do an inbound run to clear out any orders that may be waiting. This will ensure that the orders make it in in a format that you are familiar with and make it possible to limit the test to a single test order.

2. Go to your mapper folder (usually located at “c:/Program Files/eBridgesoft/eBridge[4.1 or 2006 or 2007]/mapper” by this may be different dependant on your specific needs or set up, if you have trouble finding them search the CORE for ‘FINDING YOUR MAPS’).
