Our App makes Integrating Sage 50 and Shopify Easy
It's been about a month and a half since we launched our DIY integration solution that allows users to connect their Sage 50 accounting package and Shopify store, all by themselves—and we couldn’t be happier with how things are going. - The Shopify to Sage 50 order integration app by eBridge Connections works great!
It was very easy to set up and the solution is already saving us tons of time! We are now free to grow our business with the confidence that eBridge, as an established provider, will be able to scale along with us into the future. For any questions or clarifications which we needed, working with the eBridge folks was a pleasant and productive experience!
- This is the BEST app ever! Very easy to install, and even easier to use. We were so behind with our data entry in Sage 50, and now with this app, our orders move to Sage 50 and we no longer have to spend hours re-keying all of these orders. Going forward this will be a daily task of about 5 minutes versus 2 hours which frees up our time to build our business. I have also talked to the support folks at eBridge and they are fantastic!
We’ve put together a quick FAQ based on some of the questions we’ve received so far:
Q: What if items on my store don’t match exactly with items in my accounting system?
A: On our ePortal universal integration platform, we have a translation engine which can match the disparate items so that the line-item can be reconciled and the order posted. For example, Item ABC can be translated to Item 123 during the order posting process.
Q: How long does it take orders to post, and do I have to do anything to make that happen?
A: From start to finish, orders take about 1.5 to 2 minutes to post, depending on the amount of data and when the order is placed in our automation cycle. No user action is required for full order posting: the sytem is fully automated and runs 'in the background'.
Q: What if my store prices do not match the pricing set up in my accounting system?
A: The eBridge solution defers to the import price, or the price from the store.
Q: What if I have more than one store?
A: eBridge supports a multi-store connection, but the monthly cost of $299 is per store.
Q: What if I upgrade my accounting software?
A: Upgrades are covered at no additional cost -- simply reach out to our Support Group before the accounting software is upgraded.
Q: Is there a maximum in terms of order volume that the solution will support?
A: Nope! We can support whatever volume your business is dealing with.
