Allow us to introduce Modacto
—a Salesforce CRM consulting firm located in Minneapolis that specializes in designing Salesforce solutions to help growth-minded companies accelerate and achieve their unique objectives.
With a thorough understanding of Salesforce, and a genuine commitment to helping clients grow their business, we at eBridge think Modacto is the full-package! In fact, we like them so much we’ve just partnered with them to offer their clients our Accounting/ERP-Salesforce CRM
We recently took a few minutes to chat with Kelly (Senior Operations Sales Coordinator at Modacto) in order to learn more about their company and what makes them unique. Here’s what we found out:
1. What is your primary focus/speciality, and why?
Our focus is all Salesforce all day – implementation and optimization of the platform. We have experience working on over 150 projects with 80+ customers doing work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Pardot (Salesforce marketing automation tool). Our key verticals include higher education, manufacturing, professional services, and medtech.
2. How long have you been doing what you’re doing?
We’ve been in business since 2012.
3. What regions do you service?
Primarily we service the Midwest regions of the United States—Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa, but we’re expanding throughout the U.S., particularly in our vertical specialities.
4. Who are some of your notable clients?
Some notable clients include Medtronic
, General Mills
, Life Time Fitness
, CyberPower Systems
, and BI Worldwide
5. Tell us something interesting about your company that makes you different?
Although there are a few other Salesforce consultants here in town, we have a very consultative approach to our business that separates us from the rest.
6. Why did you choose to work with eBridge Connections?
We chose to work with eBridge Connections for the fact that we are looking for a solid partner that allows us to connect our clients to Enterprise ERP solutions and eBridge seemed like they had a great pre-built solution as well as great employees!
7. Provide a quote on eCommerce, the digital world, or just what you do overall.
“If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old. The first step in a growth policy is not to decide where and how to grow. It is to decide what to abandon. In order to grow, a business must have a systemic policy to get rid of the outgrown, the obsolete, the unproductive.” – Peter Drucker.
Interested in being an eBridge Connections channel partner? We'd love to hear from you!
